Khizr-e-raah, Sultanat-1 (Tashreeh)
Aaj hm nazm ke chauthe hisse ka zikr krenge, jiska unwaan hai- "Sultanat".
Iqbaal ke nazdeeki tasavvur ke lihaaz se agar kisi nezaam ka bunyadi maqsad logon ko Allaah ta'ala se jodna aur siyaasi, ma'ashi aur mua'asharti satah par Allaah ta'ala ke Ahkamaat ki pairvi krte hue , logon ki falah-e-mahbut krna hai, to yeh ahle tauheed aur kaare nabuvwat hai, jawab ummat-e-muslimah ke zimmeh hai...
aa batā.ūñ tujh ko ramz-e-āya-e-innal-mulūk
saltanat aqvām-e-ġhālib kī hai ik jādūgarī..
Tashreeh-
Agar baadshahat aur sadhna ke bare mein Janna chahte ho to fir (Surah Namal ki Aayat-"4") par ghaur karo,
jab badshah Kisi shahar ko fatah karte Hain to ki to unki technique ya jaadugari yeh hoti hai, ki wahan apni fauj ke zariye fasaad failate Hain, qatle aam karte hain, logon ka Maal aur auraton ki izzat loot-te Hain aur izzat-daaron ko zaleel karte Hain aur apni badshahat Aur hukumat Ko qayem karne ke liye vahan ke nichle tabqe ko us mulk ki zameen o jaydaad ka inaam o ikram dekar Apne sath Mila Lete Hain
Aur unke zariye aawam ka istehsaal krte hain, Aqwaam-e-Ghalib ki yeh jadugari un qaumon par chalti hai Jo Aiyyashiyon me padkar khokhli aur kamzor ho jati hain, kar cochleare kamjor ho jaati hai Aur unka ekhlaaqi aur mua'asharti Diwaliya nikal chuka hota hai...
ḳhvāb se be-dār hotā hai zarā mahkūm agar
phir sulā detī hai us ko hukmarāñ kī sāhirī..
Tashreeh-
Mahkum qaum Apne huquq ke pahkari ke liye agar kabhi jaage aur aawaz buland karne lage, to fir hukmaran unhe apne tahzeeb aur tamaddan ke jaal mein faans lete Hain, aur apne mazhab ka parchar karte Hain, mahkum qaum ke mazhab me fitne uthate Hain, aur apne jaadugari, kartabon aur saainsi ijadaat ke zariye unhe yeh ehsaas dilaate hain ki tum kaise aazad hokar jee sakte ho, tumhare andar to hukmarani karne ki salahiyat hi maujud nhin,
is tarah ghulam ko hamesha Apne illm, falsafe, jadeed ijadaat ki jhooti chamak me uljhakar unhen gahri nind mein sulaa dete hain.. aur unhe be-daar hone se rok dete hain, unki sochne samjhne ki salahiyat aur mukhalifat krne ki quvwat ko hmesha ke liye khtam kar dete hain..
jādū-e-mahmūd kī tāsīr se chashm-e-ayāz
dekhtī hai halqa-e-gardan meñ sāz-e-dil-barī..
Tashreeh-
Yeh Mahmood ki hukmaraani ke jaadu ka Aur Ayaaz ki ghulamana zahniyat, ki woh ghulami ki tauq ko apne liye ejaaz samajhta tha, Fir yeh ghulami dilbari ka ek saaz hai, jiski awaaz sunkar Mahmood Khush hota hai, jabki ghulamiyon ke tahet qaul Mohammad S.A.W. ne Kar Diya-
*Maut ka paigham har nu-e-ghulami ke liye,
Main koi makhfur o khakaan, mai fakir-e-rah-nasheen*
Lekin afsos ki aaj bhi zahni, Ma'ashi aur ma'asharti ghulami ke tauq pahenkar ummat-e-Muslimah ki aksariyat khush aur kharram hai, aur Europi tehzeeb ko ekhteyar karne ko maghribi aaqaon ki khushnudi samajhti hai...
ḳhūn-e-isrā.īl aa jaatā hai āḳhir josh meñ
tod detā hai koī muusā tilism-e-sāmarī..
Tashreeh-
Chonki ghulami mein zulm o sitam kar ke insanon ko pastiyon mein dhakela jaata hai, jabki Allah ta'ala ne insaan ko Azaad fitrat mein paida kiya hai isliye mahkum qaum bechaini ki halat mein rahti hai,
aur ek din sadiyon se ghulam Bani Isra'ael qaum ka Jawan khoon Josh Marta hai aur kalim-Ullah angrezon ki ghulami ko challenge Karke, saabri jadugar ka muqabla Karke Apne asaas se Uske saher ko tod deta hai, aur apni qaom ko ghulami ke chungal se nikalkar Azad fizaon mein laa basata hai, jahan Musalman sirf Allah Ki hukmiyat ko mante Hain...
sarvarī zebā faqat us zāt-e-be-hamtā ko hai
hukmarāñ hai ek wahī baaqī butān-e-āzarī..
Tashreeh-
Tamaam bimariyon ki jad insani hakimiyat hai, jo logon mein hawas-giri paida Karke unhen jaabir aur zaalim hukmaraan banakar aawam aur aqwaam par qabze par aamada karte Hain,
Uske bar-akss Allaah ke hukmiyat par mubni khilafat nizaam hi insaanon ke huquq Ki adayegi aur adal o insaaf ka zaamin hai, hukmarani aur badshahi ka taaj sirf Allah ta'ala ko hi zeib deta hai, wahi al-mulk hai,
uske alava jo bhi shakhs, fard, qaum, adarah yaa aavam Hakim hone ke agar davedar hain, To unki haisiyat aazar ke taraashe gye but jaisi hai, insaan khilafat ka haqdaar banaya Gaya hai, Allaah Ki har niyat ko mante hue, uske hadayef ke mutabiq amrood-e-riyasat aur siyasat anjam dena insaan ke shayaan-e-shaan hai...
Az ġhulāmī fitrat-e-āzād rā rusvā makun
tā-tarāshī ḳhvāja-e-az-barahman kāfir terī..
Tashreeh-
Agar koi shakhs ghulami mein khush hai aur yah Narah lagaye ki, jo bhi hakim ban jaaye Usi Ki ita'at Karni chahiye, aur ghasib hukmaranon ki taarif Kare, to aisaa insaan apni ghulamana zahniyat se insaani huriyat aur aazadi Ko badnaam karta hai,
aur agar koi hukmarano Ke but tarashne ki koshish kare yaani hukmaranon ko apna Devi devta maan le, to woh barhaman se bad-tar hai, jiska Islam se rishta Nahin hai...
Conclusion-
Yeh hai lqbaal sahab Ka nazariya, saltanat Aur hukumat Ki jiske mutabiq hukumat haasil Karke riyasat par Allah ta'ala ki hakimiyat nafiz karna aur Adal o insaaf qayem karna musalmanon ka farz-e- mansabi hai....
